All returns are done electronically unless you are requesting a in person apt. In person apts are Monday- Friday between 5:30 pm and 8:30pm or Saturday-Sunday 12-5pm. All electronic returns will be completed same day unless you require more time with forms being unavailable. Cash advances are up to 7k and can be done Direct Deposit, Printed Check in office, or on a tax card(the fastest way to get the deposit) you will have access to my tax portal to sign your return, view your return and print your return. The portal will give you updates on your return as well. The irs portal updates each Friday and the “where’s my refund” app will update each Saturday. The times could be any time of the day so please be patient. I will get back to everyone as soon as i can but please keep in mind after i send your return I can’t track it. And all i can do is wait for the updates with you while we check transcripts and wait for our accounts to update
